This goes hand in hand with our toxic material removal program. proposed project Sets up micro-businesses to turn plastic bags, Styrofoam and other toxic materials into usable products. This strategy includes setting up training centers at our recycling facilities. project scope- Construct eight new recycling collection centers

- System is tested and trainers acquire working knowledge of the apparatus.
- Small business opportunites are created for local entrepreneurs.
- Styrofoam and plastic recyclables are collected and sold, helping to provide income for the poor.
